Founded in 1997
Shanghai Yusheng Special Magnet Wire Co., Ltd., established in 1986, has developed to a large-sized and modernized manufacturer of magnet wires after decades’ development and growth.
The annual production capacity reaches 40,000 tons. Yusheng produces all kinds of copper and aluminum magnet wires according to different standards such as IEC, NEMA, JIS or customers’ special requirements.
Yusheng locates in Qingpu District, Shanghai City, covers an area of 180,000 square meters and possesses a full set of assets that deserves around 41 million USD. We have introduced advanced equipments from Europe and USA, such as drawing machine from Germany NIEHOFF, on-line drawing, mold enameling equipment as well as relevant technologies from Italy SICME, on-line testing machines from Denmark DANSK and USA LEAR so that the whole production process could be controlled stably to meet various customers’ demands.
Strict and scientific management is the basis of quality achievement. Since 1997, we have gradually obtained the certificates of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001. All of products have passed the safety certification of the China Electrical Engineering Commission, and there are 27 kinds of Yusheng’s copper, CCA and aluminum magnet wires have been listed in UL safety certification.
All Yusheng’s wires have passed the third party test, and strictly comply with RoHS and REACH Directives.
Since 1997, “Yusheng”brand magnet wire has continuously been awarded as SCRPF for 12 years. From 2002 to 2010, we have annually been awarded as “Famous Shanghai Brand” and been awarded as "High-tech Enterprise" by Shanghai government since 2017. We value intellectual property rights, and have been granted more than 50 patents.
Nowadays, Yusheng has been the strategic partner and stable supplier of many world top-class companies, such as Panasonic, HITACHI, Nidec, Fuji, MATIKA, EBM, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Siemens, B/S/H, etc.
